January 2012 Venda
After the battle with the truck last month, it was such a pleasure now to ride with him. We went all the way problem-free, and we give God all the glory. We have received comfortable and spacious accommodation by a policeman and his family.
Sunday when we arrived we had to quickly unpack and get our stuff ready because they held a service at the house to welcome him, the policeman, as a member of the Calvary Church. Many churches were present and together we enjoyed church. It felt like heaven. The preacher preached about...
November/December 2011 – Venda Outreach
The Journey to Tshitale was not very enjoyable. The bakkie’s power was rather weak from Potgietersrus and the difficulty increased as we continued. At Pietersburg they spent a long time working on the bakkie so we ate lunch and then went with great difficulty ahead. Every stop was a problem. We had to cross a railway track 3 times and every time we just prayed that no train would come at that very moment. The 3rd time the bakkie and trailer just made it past the railway track and then seized.
Testimonies
A pastor exhorted the people to accept Jesus.
Three people testified that they accepted Jesus as their Redeemer.
A woman testified she was not present the previous evening...
October 2011- Giyani Outreach – Gazankulu
We live in a newly built house in a suburb of Giyani without glass in the windows except for two rooms. Only two rooms have cardboard on the ground and in the dust on the floor we had to sleep.
Testimony of a Grade 10
A Grade 10 learner sat down with me and told me how he want to have a great mango and litchi farm. He wants to study everything about ground and he want to know how our culture differs from their culture. Our conversation turned to how skeptical he and his friends were about us in their village when we had come to
Outreach Venda 04/09-17/09/2011
The trailer’s tyre burst just before we went to Potgietersrus. Louis and Armand quickly fixed it and we bought a new one on our arrival in Venda at the village of our outreach.
Oh, the bakkie got stuck next to the road again. Just on the outskirts of Potgietersrus there was trouble with the fuel getting to the engine. Another pump had been installed but obviously it did not fix the problem...
Bible Project
Our finances allow us only to buy 12 Bibles for each outreach and therefore we only took 120 Bibles with. The Bibles were sold out within the first week. Fifteen Bibles were sold in the first small village. There is revival in Venda and everyone is looking for a Bible. People are walking kilometres to get hold of a Bible and everywhere we went people were asking to buy Bibles. A friend at Gideons who distributes New Testaments at schools said they had handed out 32624 small Testaments at the Venda schools and in spite of this people are still in need of Bibles...
Outreach Venda 07/08-20/08/2011
We greet you in the Name of Jesus and it is a privilege to give you feedback on what the Lord did for us on our latest outreach. The Lord was marvelous to use us insignificant creations to increase His Kingdom; to take back that which Satan has stolen and to declare victory.
The journey to Venda did not start very well because the devil knew what was waiting for him and tried to stop us even before we got started. The morning of our departure I had turned the vehicle around to hook the trailer without any problem. When I started the vehicle again there was a great noise coming from the engine. I tried to switch off the starter but the noise continued for another 2 or 3 minutes. I could see nothing from wrong while I inspected the engine...
Thank you so much.
We just want to thank all the people that gave food and sponsored food for these people in Mozambique. They appreciate it really much. When the hunger is gone then they can focus on God. May we always be hungry to do God's will. These people thank you so much for your love and kindness. May you be blessed.

Today (10 Nov 2011) we received some very heartbreaking news from our representative in Mozambique. He told us about the horrific sight he had when he visited some of the villages where he is reaching out. He tells us how terrible the hunger is in some of these villages where people die because they don’t have food, they are starving, and their crops do not want to grow. Trough his intense plea for our help, we also want to ask you if you are willing and able to help in this need. It’s just another place with hunger, but to them it means life. If you know of any way to help or if you want to help in any way please contact us by clicking here to go to the contact page.

Gazankulu (Rotterdam) 08 – 21 May 2011
We again witnessed the Lord’s hand moving during this outreach. Satan tried to stop us from the moment we were on the road because he knew that thousands of souls were going to be added to God’s Kingdom. When we have reached Potgietersrus, Armand suspected there was something wrong with my bakkie because it kept on drifting toward one side of the road. When I stopped to take a look...
Gazankulu (Ndingeza) 27 June 2011

We departed on time that morning and reached our destination without any problems. To the Lord all the glory. At Moketsi were just a lot of roadworks and we waited there for about a whole hour. We then had to fetch our trailer at one of the villages which we left there peviously in order to save fuel. The old lady, where we left the trailer, wanted us to stay over in her house, but we could not, as it was too far away from the area of our intended outreach...
Who we are:We are 17 years in missionary service today, and we want to review with gratitude all the wonderful things He has brought our way, and we ask you to honor Him with us for all His wonders. On 24 April 1994 we boarded a flight to Mauritius “Where He leads, He feeds, where He guides, He provides” The Lord is ever faithful and He provided wonderfully for us... |
What we do:However, the Lord supernaturally provides in every outreach. When we arrive there, we find that He had already provided in everything. On the first day of their arrival the team normally drives through the village and invites all the residents to that evening's service. The team prepares the equipment and the children’s' service is held before dawn. Then preaching follows, a film is shown about hell and the people are invited to surrender their lives to Christ... |
